Graham’s areas of specialism are OCD (including but not exclusive to) Pure OCD, relationship OCD, Pedophilia OCD, Contamination OCD, Suicidal OCD, Responsibility OCD, Religious OCD, Existential OCD, and Body Dysmorphic Disorder, PTSD, panic disorder, low self-esteem, depression, and the entire spectrum of anxiety disorders. Drawing from personal experience, Graham understands the challenges associated with mental health issues. Graham has struggled with OCD for most of his life, keeping it a secret out of fear of misunderstanding. Whilst OCD remains a part of his life, he has developed a healthier relationship with it, no longer allowing it to dominate his existence.

In addition to CBT and EMDR Graham seamlessly integrates mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, and chair-work into his therapeutic approach. He also draws inspiration from philosophical approaches like Stoicism. He deeply acknowledges the profound impact of shame, guilt, disgust, and confusion, that individuals often grapple with when facing mental health challenges.
