Welcome to our Meet The Team page at The OCD Treatment Centre! Our therapists are individually accredited and registered with the most reputable professional bodies in the UK, including the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), the British Psychological Society (BPS), and the National Council of Psychotherapists (NCP).
Specializing in Exposure Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), recognized as the gold standard for treating OCD, all our therapists are trained in ERP. Additionally, each therapist brings their own unique blend of complementary therapies to enhance and support the ERP process. This diverse expertise ensures that our clients receive a personalized treatment experience, offering safety and quality in a compassionate and understanding environment.

As a therapist, my journey began amidst personal challenges including a significant bereavement, relationship issues, a critical health diagnosis, and experiences with OCD. These hardships taught me the importance of taking charge of my mental health, a realisation that was reinforced by a disappointing encounter with a therapist.
