Saila is a highly qualified Senior Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, accredited by the British Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). With extensive experience spanning over 13 years, Saila has dedicated her career to helping individuals of all ages navigate their mental health challenges.

Experienced in working with a range of difficulties including PTSD, C-PTSD, Depression, GAD, phobia’s, OCD, as well as co-morbid presentations. Can work with Adults & Adolescents.

While Saila is skilled in treating a wide range of clinical presentations, her true passion lies in working with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). She brings a depth of knowledge and a specialized approach to helping individuals overcome challenges associated with OCD, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives free from the constraints of their condition.

Driven by a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of her clients, Saila continues to stay abreast of the latest developments in cognitive behavioral therapy to ensure she provides the highest standard of care possible.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Saila enjoys going to the gym in her spare time as well as spending time with her children when she is not working. She finds inspiration in helping others see the light at the end of the tunnel when they might be feeling hopeless and is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in both professional and personal spheres.
