How do we use online counselling and therapy?

Online and telephone therapy is great for people always on the go, as well as people that feel they may need a weekly session here and there but don't want to leave the comforts of their own home. Whether your suffering from OCD, or know someone who does and just want some support, online counselling and telephone therapy provides incredible flexibility and accessibility for all. Furthermore, we have conducted full intensive programs via Skype, and although we suggest that the program is most effective when in person, this can often be very effective, with great results.
